Plans for The Fourth?
I'm going to watch a video of the lecture I'm supposed to go on Friday online, and skip class on Friday. Then, I'm going to give myself the weekend off. Well, basically off. I'm going to read over my notes at the beach. My tutor told me to take some days off and just watch the videos instead of going in to class, and to take 4th of July weekend off. So, I'm going to take her advice and recharge for my final three weeks.
One of my bros and his old lady are coming down to party. Partying to them = playing badminton at some badminton club down here.
This will be the first time my old man and I have stayed in San Diego for 4th of July. (Our first year living here we were in Europe, last year we went to my bro's house in L.A.) Apparently, there is a fireworks display at the pier a few blocks from our apartment that is simply riveting.
I'm going to try my hand at making some homemade vegan sausages and another batch of vegan burgers, because I think that is traditionally what one eats on the 4th of July. Minus the vegan part.
And, on Sunday we're probably going to go watch the Dodgers moitelize the Padres.
God bless America.

Let me know how those vegan sausages turn out! Though I don't think our steamer would be able to fit more than one in at a time. Oh well, it would probably just be me eating it. I doubt Cale would go near those. Have a good weekend!
